Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our communication efforts across various channels. From drafting press releases to managing social media platforms, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the field of communications. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development and execution of communication plans Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications Coordinate with external vendors, including graphic designers and printers, to produce high-quality materials Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner Support the organization of events, including logistics, communications, and onsite management Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Knowledge of AP style and the ability to adapt writing style to various audiences Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
