Job Summary: Fresh Start Worx is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with local businesses, consumers, and partners to sell our custom-made woodworking projects. This role involves both in-office work in Hartford, CT, and traveling to nearby counties to meet potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, consumers, and partners to promote and sell custom-made woodworking projects.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local area.
· Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the growth of our revenue stream annually.
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
· Attend local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase our products.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the woodworking or related industry.
· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and travel within local counties.
· Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is a plus.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Compensation:
· Competitive base rate plus commission based on sales performance.
Working Hours:
· Flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
Salary : $15 - $20
