Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Duties
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to support banquet services and other special events.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure timely service.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and culinary terminology is a plus.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work various line positions.
