Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Analyst, Demand Generation Performance to join our Demand Generation Marketing team. This role will work closely with the Marketing Operations and Analytics team and Demand Generation team to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret data, create predictive models, and identify trends that drive marketing success.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Insights :
- Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to analyze demand generation performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and run correlation models, propensity-to-buy models, and ROI models to assess program effectiveness.
- Identify high-performing programs and surface trends to inform strategy.

This role is based in the Denver Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
136,200-$195,730 USD Base Salary Variable Compensation (where applicable)
