In this key position, you will provide executive level administrative support to the Office of the Chief Executive, the Board and other Agency executives and managers. In addition, you will prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions, process accounting related payments and documents, prepare responsive correspondence and reports as well as collect, organize and proofread materials for the Executive Office and the Boards. As a central point of contact, you will coordinate and schedules meetings and logistics for various office and Agency functions.
Qualified candidates will have any combination of experience and/or education that would provide the equivalent of two years of increasingly responsible experience in an administrative support capacity for senior-level management and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related study. This position also requires possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver’s License.
Salary : $55,397 - $73,862
