You support our team as
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and improving process conditions to achieve KPI targets
- Maintaining production line related databases
- Production planning of their specified production line
- Responsible for overseeing work instructions and SOP’s
- Responsible for approval of direct reports vacations and performance reviews
- Work closely with the maintenance department (shutdowns, PM’s, etc)
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree required in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing environment (textile experience a plus)
- 1 years of experience in a leader or supervisor role
- Ability to work overtime or non-regular hours as needed.
