We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Coordinate the strategic and annual planning process, defining business plans based on strategic initiatives.
• Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects in collaboration with functional owners and management teams.
• Finance & Controlling: Oversee all finance and controlling tasks and functions, working closely with our shared service organizations.
• In-Depth Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of monthly and year-end results, including internal and external reporting.
• Support & Analysis: Provide support and analysis to other divisions based in Milan affected by Corteco NA business.
• Financial Forecasting: Own and approve rolling financial forecasts, inventory valuation, and standard cost planning processes.
• Investment Planning: Coordinate investment planning and own the related investment evaluation analysis (IEA).
• Process Improvement: Work with the finance & controlling community to enhance processes and tools for better financial accuracy.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance Controlling.
• Project Management: Proven experience in leading complex projects with multi-functional teams.
• Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
• Customer Insight: General knowledge of customer needs and requirements.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of site/division relevant materials and manufacturing/business processes.
