HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to various HR functions, employees, and managers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Payroll Management: Facilitate, monitor, and ensure quality throughout the payroll cycle(s), guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll processing.
- HR Systems Maintenance: Maintain and update various HR systems, ensuring the highest data quality.
- Document Preparation: Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
- Time-Tracking and Attendance: Monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Employee Guidance: Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
