Duties & Responsibilities :
- L ead and Inspire : Head a team of technology analysts, providing visionary leadership, mentorship, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing innovation team.
- Innovation Stewardship : Oversee the practice technology budget and contracts, ensuring resources are allocated to drive cutting-edge solutions and advancements.
- Vendor Collaboration : Build and nurture strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of practice technology services to align with the firm's innovative goals.
- Technology Mastery : Deliver ongoing support and troubleshooting for advanced systems, including data rooms, legal AI technologies, drafting software, and document automation tools, ensuring they contribute to the firm's innovative edge.
- Training and Development : Design and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure lawyers and staff are proficient in utilizing technology to its fullest potential.
- Adoption and Improvement : Monitor technology usage and adoption, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing strategies to maximize innovative impact.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work in partnership with IT, knowledge management, practice management, and professional development teams to align technology initiatives with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Trend Awareness : Stay at the forefront of legal technology trends and innovations, recommending and integrating new solutions to maintain the firm's position as an industry leader.
