We are seeking to fill our Leasing Agent Position!! Currently looking for one full time Leasing Agent for our properties in the San Fernando Valley. This person may have to commute in between San Fernando Valley locations and our corporate office in La Palma depending on the companies needs. Applicants should be within an hour of each location.
As a Leasing Consultant at Silver Star, you will be an integral part of someone’s journey in finding a new home. We are looking for candidates who will provide excellent customer service, and manage the sales process.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct community tours for future residents.
- Generate leads and lease apartment homes.
- Accurately complete all applicant, lease, and resident paperwork.
- Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.
- Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
Experience/Requirements:
- 2 years of strong customer service and/or sales experience.
- Must reside in and around Oceanside.
- Must be flexible to support alternate sites as needed.
- Retail and/or hospitality background
- Property management background is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to proficient levels of computer and administrative expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
