The Opportunity
A Fortune 500 telecommunications company in Conshohocken, PA seeks a Network Permitting Specialist on a long-term, temporary basis for at least twelve months, possibly longer. The schedule is hybrid: Monday and Friday are WFH days; Tuesday through Thursday are in office. The hourly rate is up to $40 an hour, plus benefits.
Primary Duties
The Network Permitting Specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting a variety of applications, permits, and agreements to support the installation of communication infrastructure on the company's assets, including poles and fiber networks. The Network Permitting Specialist will have significant experience in network development, right-of-way access, and navigating governmental processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - borate with design teams to produce accurate construction and permit drawings for node, power, and outside plant builds.Maint
- ain up-to-date system records and ensure clear, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Act a
- s the entitlement subject matter expert in customer meetings, providing guidance on local and state telecommunications codes and federal wireless facility regulations, including Section 6409(a) and related FCC orders.Coord
- inate with internal teams to manage permit approvals, ensuring compliance with all conditions throughout project construction phases.Monit
- or and report project financials related to zoning and permitting costs; ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of reimbursable expenses.Parti
