Hey there! Froehlich is seeking a Bakery Front of House Lead to join our team in Three Oaks, MI. In this full-time role, you will oversee the front-of-house bakery operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the bakery. Pay for this position ranges from $15 to $18 per hour .

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Thursday through Sunday, from 9 AM to 5 PM .
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR BAKERY FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD
As the Bakery Front of House Lead, you will start each day by ensuring the bakery is clean, organized, and fully stocked. You will greet and assist customers with their purchases, offer suggestions, and answer any questions. In addition to operating the cash register, you will handle pricing, labeling, and maintaining product displays. You will also assist the pastry team with restocking items, receiving deliveries, and keeping all storage areas organized. Throughout the day, you will follow food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the bakery runs smoothly and efficiently.
