What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Engage with potential new hires over the phone, making them feel welcomed and excited about joining our team!
Schedule, remind, and follow up on interview appointments across our multiple offices.
Manage, adjust, and update interview schedules to keep things running smoothly.
Track and report interview attendance, cancellations, and show-up rates.
Ensure staffing coverage meets the company’s operational needs and hiring goals.
Handle administrative tasks & scheduling while maintaining a professional, friendly approach.
Some in-office work required to keep everything running efficiently.
Schedule: Part-Time (Monday – Friday) Saturdays as needed.
