What You’ll Do:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be a key member of our sales team, combining technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will:
- Drive Business Growth: Generate new leads and manage sales pipelines from initial discovery to contract closure.
- Tailor AVL Solutions: Collaborate with System Engineers to create custom solutions for clients, ensuring designs meet technical and budgetary needs.
- Lead Presentations: Conduct engaging demos and presentations, articulating the value of our AVL offerings to clients.
- Build Relationships: Establish trust with new prospects while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Scope Projects: Assist in developing contracts and scopes of work for design-build projects.
- Stay Engaged: Attend sales and operations meetings (virtual or in-person), ensuring smooth handoffs between sales and execution teams.
- Represent Front Porch Media: Travel occasionally (10%) to attend industry events and conferences or meet with clients.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 3 years in sales, preferably in the AVL industry.
- Proven Success: A track record of closing complex, high-value sales (six figures or more).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with audio, video, and lighting technologies, with an emphasis in the house-of-worship market.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills for managing pipelines, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Google Workspace - including Sheets, Docs and virtual meeting tools like Google Meet.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience working with churches or houses of worship.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling and leading discovery calls with new leads.
- Prospecting and identifying potential clients.
- Managing sales pipelines with detailed notes and updates.
- Collaborating with System Engineers to create accurate quotes and proposals.
- Conducting sales presentations for clients.
- Expanding relationships with current clients and securing referrals.

- Base Salary: $55,000 generous commission (On-Target Earnings: $100,000 , uncapped potential).
- Time Off:
- 1 week of PTO in your first full year.
