We are seeking an experienced Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for engaging with elite clientele, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales in a highly exclusive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional personalized service to high-end clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring a luxury shopping experience.
- Drive sales by leveraging industry expertise, storytelling, and product knowledge to highlight craftsmanship, materials, and unique features of each piece.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of affluent clients, collectors, and industry professionals to enhance business growth.
- Conduct private consultations and VIP appointments, ensuring discretion and exclusivity in every transaction.
- Stay up to date on luxury market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist with boutique operations, visual merchandising, and special events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and design, to tailor sales strategies to the brand's exclusive clientele.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in high-end luxury jewelry, watches, or a related industry (e.g., fine art, designer fashion, or high-end automobiles).
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and the ability to cater to sophisticated clientele.
- A well-established network of affluent clients and industry connections.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
- A refined sense of style, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with elite clientele.
- Knowledge of gemology, diamonds, and precious metals (GIA certification is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with self-motivation and drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital sales tools, and luxury e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in multiple languages (such as French, Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian) is a plus for catering to international clients.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
