Frontier LLC is a commercial and residential concrete contractor for new construction. Providing general contracting, construction management, and self development services across the surrounding region and Western Wa. We are looking for an Administrative assistant.
- phone, email , calendar management
- internal communications
- preparing reports
- assisting management with schedules for pump operators
- ordering supplies through supplier.
- will also perform tasks as a Dispatcher you will be responsible for receiving, assigning, scheduling, and communicating work orders to drivers to ensure that operations and projects are completed in a timely manner.
- will be the point of contact for drivers and have all the information needed to make drop off at job sites.

- 3 year of Office experience.
Shift: 10am-7pm
Hourly Pay $24-$28 based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
