IN-HOUSE RECRUITER

We are seeking an in-house recruiter to join our team in Annapolis, MD who is responsible for the following : Responsibilities : Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse roles across industries. Collaborating with hiring managers from various organizations to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building. Developing job descriptions and compelling job postings to attract top talent. Leveraging recruitment tools, social media, and other platforms to enhance outreach and engagement. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, providing timely feedback, and facilitating the offer process. Staying current on labor market trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies. Organizing and participating in recruitment events when necessary. Maintaining and analyzing recruitment metrics and presenting data to leadership. Qualifications : Holding a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrating proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a multi-organization or multi-industry environment. Possessing knowledge of predictive assessment tools or showing a willingness to learn. Having strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software. Excelling in communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Being familiar with employment laws and hiring regulations. Traveling to local offices that require in-person meetings. Salary Range : $80,000-$120,000 based on experience. Benefits : Health Insurance Paid Time Off 401K Financial Planning
