We are currently seeking a diligent Project/Maintenance Manager to assume the responsibility of maintaining the homes under our management to an exceptional standard. This role entails overseeing maintenance personnel, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring efficient project completion.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure alignment with company standards and expectations.
- Supervise and coordinate the Maintenance Team, Lawn Crew, and Snow Removal Crew effectively.
- Strategically optimize maintenance tasks and allocate team resources for efficient task completion.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and foster a culture of safety within the organization.
- Demonstrate adept communication skills when interacting with a diverse array of individuals.
