The Camp Photographer is under the supervision of the Creative Director and is responsible for
supporting the photography needs of the Frost Valley YMCA organization in print collateral and digital
advertising, and social media / networking. This position will work to the highest standards to meet
the mission of not only the department, but also the YMCA, the expectations of the staff and guests,
and the best interests of Frost Valley.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Responsible for capturing photo and video footage of the daily activities of Frost Valley YMCA to support digital and print marketing efforts
- Some nights and weekends will be required
- Works closely with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to update and organize the marketing photos media library
- Maintains equipment, supplies and property of Frost Valley YMCA.
- Models, teaches and upholds the Frost Valley YMCA Code of Conduct.
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum
- Meets deadlines and is consistently prepared and organized
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensure that Frost Valley achieves the highest standard and meets the mission and goals of the organization

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT : June 23, 2025 through August 29, 2025
