About you:
You are a seasoned customer sales professional with freight broker experience (ideally with an existing book of business) who doesn’t shy away from hunting. You’re good at - and excited about - creative prospecting, cold calling, and meeting face-to-face prospects. If you've ever won new customers in the reefer freight industry, we want to talk with you!
About the role:
As a small but rapidly growing company, we are looking for an experienced professional who can take full ownership of the sales cycle from start to finish. A true team player, our Customer Freight Sales Manager will win and manage their own accounts, earning a no-cap commission on top of a competitive base salary.
Job Details:
Job Type: Full Time, in-office (some hybrid opportunities may eventually be discussed for the right candidate)
Location: North side of Chicago (60659); moving to Franklin Park Q2 2025.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (can be flexible)
Compensation: $55k-$65k BASE with 15% unlimited commission - no cap, no draw, earn commission on every load you move.
