-Manage inventory levels, including stock organization and replenishment.
-Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and assist in budgeting processes.
-Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
-Operate cash registers accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
-Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Experience
-Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a focus on supervisory roles.
-Demonstrated ability in training development and team leadership.
-Proficiency in organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
-Familiarity with payroll processes and scheduling is advantageous.
