As Warranty Administration, you will be responsible for all data entry, accurate analysis, and communication of warranty claims information, providing superior customer service to all customers, as defined by the site Warranty Manager, and providing knowledgeable support for warranty on our equipment.
Reporting directly to the Warranty Processing Manager, this position is based in Shreveport, LA.

Major Accountability
- Accurately and efficiently inputting data while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
- Strong communication skills
- Always maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Developing a strong understanding of our products to effectively respond to inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ability to cross-train in different areas.
- Accurately and efficiently inputting data while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Manufacturing background preferred.
- Must be able to work with multiple departments including Operations, Service, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Materials.
- Office environment. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability use multi-line telephone system, computer, printer, and other office equipment.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.
- Ability to wear required PPE.
