- Prescheduled appointments through company generated leads. NO cold calling!

- Comprehensive on-going training on sales processes to enable you to educate homeowners during 1-on-1 appointments.

Compensation package:
- Lucrative Earning Potential: 100% commission opportunity, with the ability to earn $100,000-150,000 (in your first year).
- Uncapped commission
- Base pay for the first 90 days
What you'll do:
- Drive to potential customers’ home and conduct sales appointments.
- Write proposals for each customer account which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets.
- Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visit customers as necessary.
- We run morning, mid-day, and evening appointment slots. We also work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
What you need:
- Residential Construction Knowledge/Experience
- 3-5 years of successful in-home sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to travel within a 90-minute radius daily for appointments.
- Have a valid driver’s license with insurability.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Proficient working with computer software.
