Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs through site visits and consultations.
- Develop tailored roofing solutions that meet customer requirements while maximizing company offerings.
- Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or products that benefit the client’s roofing project.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and customer feedback.
- Analyze market data to identify potential leads and assess competitive positioning within the industry.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or inside sales; experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions accordingly.
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with roofing products, services, or construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
