Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM β 4:30 PM
(No overtime expected; overtime may be required with manager approval)
Job Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for internal customers, handling calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This role acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels and other departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Entering reservations into conference room scheduling software.
- Creating and managing work orders within the division's software system.
- Coordinating and assisting with department events and customer-related activities.
Education Required:
- 2-year degree required, preferably in a business-related field.

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening
- Clear and professional phone communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient data entry and typing skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Experience with calendaring and scheduling

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
