Role: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Schedule hourly workers, address personnel issues, coach and develop employees, and create staffing plans.
- Employee Engagement: Provide regular visibility and support to hourly employees throughout the day.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth production runs, respond to urgent issues, and adapt to changing business needs.
Key Challenges:
- 24/5 Operations: Be prepared for occasional off-hours calls and questions due to the round-the-clock nature of production.
- Rapid Growth: Adapt to a growing business with high demand for quick problem-solving and response times.
- Team Management: Lead a team of approximately 30-40 direct reports across two shifts.
- Flexibility: Be willing to adjust work hours as needed to support business objectives, including occasional weekend coverage.
Core Hours: 8am-5pm with responsibility for the second shift team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
