Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project management activities and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. We are looking for candidates with minimum of three years of construction experience. preferably.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with engineers, and other professionals to deliver quality work
- Preparing construction contract documents: RFI’s, Submittals, etc
- Meeting with Purchasing agent to assist in the acquisition of equipment for projects
- Monitoring contracts and facilitate in overall project document control for projects
- Estimating project take offs and creating scope letters, as required.
- Field investigation and technical reporting, as required.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Understanding of construction site operations (preferred)
- Previous experience in project coordination is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
