What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Fulfillville?
Looking for individual to work as full charge bookeeper, overseeing all aspects of accounting operations for 2 businesses that are in one location. This person would report directly to owner.
Candidate must have strong computer profiency and an understanding of inventory managment accounting. We are integrated with multiple systems including a WMS and an ERP which have multiple intergrations . The abilility to multitask and work in a fast pace , ever changing enviornment is a must.
Responsibilities include:
Performing all Account payable, and receivable functions.
Budgeting , forecasting and accounting
Streamline processes to increase productivity
Collaborate with other departments
Monitor cash flow
Enter journal entries
Other duties as assigned
This is a hybrid postion , with a minimum of 7 hours weekly on location, up to 5 remote. based upon a flexible set schedule. . You will be required to spend the first three months at office location or until all systems are understood.
Please only apply if you have had this type of experience since there will be limited training since the ERP has just gone live so there is no organization expert (yet). Problem solving skills a must.
