Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer credit applications
- Maintain precise customer credit records
- Handle daily bookkeeping and account management tasks
- Oversee general ledger maintenance
- Manage monthly rentals booking
- Handle payroll operations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax reports
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Prepare accounts payable and depreciation reports
- Utilize accounting software including Sage and Excel for financial operations
- Perform cash flow analysis and manage annual budget
- Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) and ADP for financial services
- Operate computerized accounting systems and Sage 50 for financial tasks.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge of Computerized Accounting Systems
- Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
- Skill in preparing and managing an Annual Budget
- Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis
- Experience with Peachtree Sage software
- Proficiency in using Sage 50 software
