Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for growing sales through customer service, sales lead cultivation and sales calls – in person and via telephone and social media. The primary focus will be to identify, qualify, develop and close new business to increase revenue. The geographic scope will initially focus on central Florida and will expand with time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify and research new clients daily
· Develop and maintain client relationships
· Document daily activity in CRM to track performance
· Update sales business plans on a monthly basis to optimize sales forecasting and results
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
· Communicate with customers via phone, email and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other forms of media
· Push outside/inside sales by developing and executing a cold call strategy targeting prospective clients for E-Waste and Recycling solutions
· Cross-sell E-Waste and Recycling solutions to new clients
· Maintain specific product knowledge of rules and regulations governing the E-Waste and Electronic Recycling industry
· Increase bookings of local business pickups
· Organize community events for electronics recycling
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of two years sales and customer service experience
· Ability to complete sales negotiations plus basic knowledge of contractual obligations
· Strong communication, and analytical skills; Ability to cultivate leads
· Personable, with strong customer service focus; self-motivated and driven to close new business
· Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
· Prior experience in electronic recycling would be a plus
