- Manage customer service functions of the Registrar’s Office for students, faculty, staff, prospective students, and the general public, regarding registration and scheduling

Manage student registration processes, including assistance with manual student registration adjustments and overrides as needed

Manage registration tables required for online registration setup

Manage student registration priority timeslots
-
Verify accuracy of online registration processes, including class availability and prerequisites
-
Manage waitlists to maximize student enrollment, including contacting students
-
Manage cancelled classes, including communication with affected students and faculty
-
Manage registration reservations for program cohorts
-
Manage audit registrations, including fees
-
Collaborate with Teaching & Learning, Academic Advising, regional campuses, and other specialized degree programs to build course schedules and manage course sections

Collaborate with specialized degree programs to set up directed readings and contract course sections
-
Input into Banner SIS course schedule details, key dates, and quarterly refund schedules; update and maintain as changes occur

Manage class schedule website

Input TA requests for specialized degree programs

Assist with registration-related data reporting

Manage student, alumni, and faculty address information update requests
-
Process student loan deferment and enrollment verification requests as needed

Maintains timecards for student workers for the Registrar's Office.

Trains student workers on FERPA and assigned tasks.

Interface with various campus office staff regarding student record, technological, and policy issues

Partner with other members of the Registrar team and across the Seminary as needed to deliver the highest level of service

Assist with Commencement-related projects as needed

Identify improvements to streamline academic processes and policies
-
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Registrar’s Office

Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree (required); Master's degree (preferred)

Minimum 2 years experience in student records/enrollment management (required)

Functional fluency with Banner Student Information System (required)

Functional fluency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Email, Drive) (required)

Bilingual Korean and/or Spanish (preferred)

Knowledge of theological higher education (preferred)

Knowledge of Ellucian Degree Works (preferred)

Pay Scale:

Hourly rate the seminary expects to pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour USD
