Arryved Inc., part of the Fullsteam organization, is a Boulder-based company specializing in Point-of-Sale, brewery production ERP and other software for the craft beverage industry. We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join us. This role involves providing on-call support, managing and troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting new customer launches. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in a taproom or restaurant setting. They should be adaptable, self-driven, and ready to work odd hours. Experience with various operating systems and POS systems is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • On-call responsiveness to support inquiries, both virtually and in-person
  • Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software across sites
  • Setting up and installing hardware
  • Inputting data for client sites
  • New customer launch support
  • Public speaking skills / leading training sessions
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Researching alternative solutions for problems as they appear
  • Creating templates to make communication more efficient
  • Communicating technical details to users in layman's terms
  • Constantly seeking to improve
  • Able to travel
  • Able to embrace new responsibilities
