Job Description:
A leading manufacturer of sake (rice wine), is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of Full-Time Production Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various production tasks to ensure efficient operation in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Production: Operate machinery control panels, pumps, hose connections, and filtration equipment. Keep accurate records and use hand tools for equipment adjustments and small repairs. Ensure overall plant housekeeping.
- Plant Sanitation: Clean processing equipment and work areas, including sterile processing lines, hoses, and pumps.
- Bottling Line: Assist with case stacking and dumping, operate the filler, labeler, and case packer. Inspect bottles and perform utility work on the line.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1 year of experience in Production & Assembly Occupations (Required).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as case stacking and equipment operation.
