What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency 911 Dispatcher position at Fulton County 911 Dispatch?
Fulton County 911 Dispatch is accepting applications for a full time dispatcher (trainee) on night, weekend, and evening shifts as needed. The successful applicant will receive on the job training and necessary courses to become a Kentucky Certified Telecommunicator. Pay is based on experience and Kentucky certifications related to 911 telecommunications.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, basic keyboarding and computer experience, experience with multi-tasking, dependable transportation, and a willingness to serve the public. Applicants must not have any felony or serious misdemeanor convictions that would prevent access to state computer systems.
