Job Title: Operations Manager
Mission: The Operations Manager is responsible for routine maintenance and cleaning of the church campus – the church building, Willingham Center (WC), and the grounds – ensuring the congregation and community have clean, safe meeting places to fulfill our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Roles/Responsibilities/Interfaces:
- develops and maintains a cleaning schedule for the church and WC, and performs or arranges for routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and stocking restrooms, so that these facilities always provide a welcoming environment;
- supervises the custodian and maintains cleaning supply needs;
- ensures grounds maintenance;
- ensures the maintenance of church equipment, including items such as HVAC and busses;
- attends staff meetings as required and checks in with the pastor weekly;
- orders or sees to the order of church and WC supplies, including local purchase of water, etc;
- provides accountability for chairs, tables, and other equipment;
- manages and supervises or arranges supervision for all WC activities;
- maintains necessary WC attendance, financial, and other statistics and provides weekly to the church secretary;
- maintains WC Facebook page;
- maintains the WC schedule and plan for new activities, classes, and uses;
- opens the WC and supervise activities during scheduled hours;
- performs or arranges for WC cleaning, to include trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, windows, doors, kitchen, exercise machines, operating floor cleaning machine, etc and schedule custodian to assist as schedule allows;
- support daycare repair needs.

- reports to the Pastor and consults with Trustees chairman.
Qualifications and Skills:
- meets the routine physical demands of maintaining and caring for the church campus.
- the Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) otherwise determines qualifications for Operations Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22,000.00 - $26,500.00 per year
