*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and sales, providing exceptional customer service while maximizing revenue opportunities. *Duties* - Greet customers and assess their service needs - Provide recommendations on vehicle maintenance and repair services - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles - Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate service estimates and timelines - Process payments, including cash handling, and explain invoices to customers - Upsell additional services or products as appropriate - Maintain customer records and vehicle history *Requirements* - Previous experience in automotive sales, vehicle maintenance, or related fields - Knowledge of auto body repair, mechanics, brake repair, and auto estimating is a plus - Strong sales and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
