Area Property Manager

Fulton Peak Capital LLC ("Fulton Peak") is a diversified, multifamily investment firm focused on acquiring, repositioning, and operating rental housing properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Today, Fulton Peak has ~1,700 apartment units in North Carolina and Virginia.

Peak Realty Management, LLC is Fulton Peak's property management arm, and we are looking for a candidate to lead PRM's team in Virginia.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the operations of Peak Realty's multifamily portfolio of ~800 units in Virginia
- Work directly with Peak Realty's ownership and leadership team to devise business plans and strategy
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Provide guidance and support to property managers in resolving tenant issues and conflicts
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the corporate office to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Utilize Real Page or similar software for financial reporting and analysis
- Maintain effective communication with property owners, investors, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of office operations, sales techniques, and contract negotiation
- Excellent understanding of fair housing regulations and legal administrative requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
