Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Accounting Professional - Bookkeeper to join our finance team and grow with us!

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Accounting Professional, you’ll oversee the financial operations for one of our two divisions (Retail), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in our processes. Your key tasks include:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle billing, matching purchase orders to invoices, and payment processing.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Deposit checks, record transactions, and reconcile vendor accounts and statements.
- Month-End Close: Assist with inventory valuation, prepare journal entries, and ensure open orders/invoices are resolved.
- Reporting: Prepare annual 1099 statements and file sales & use taxes.
- Systems & Compliance: Utilize QuickBooks and proprietary software to maintain accurate data and comply with all regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of accounting experience; retail or customer service background is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is helpful.

Compensation & Hours:
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday - full-time
