Key Objectives
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain organized and accurate sales records, contracts, and guest communications.
- Assist with sales reporting and analysis to track performance and identify trends.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and documentation.
- Support the processing of orders, invoices, and payments related to sales transactions.
- Enhance guest service by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with guest requests.
- Maintain and update guest databases and CRM software.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle incoming guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Support sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data for reporting purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information.
Qualifications
- Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
- Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales databases.
- Familiarity with theme park or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
