Department: Sales

Reports to: SVP of Sales

Location: Orlando

Travel: 20%

Key Objectives

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain organized and accurate sales records, contracts, and guest communications.
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis to track performance and identify trends.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and documentation.
  • Support the processing of orders, invoices, and payments related to sales transactions.
  • Enhance guest service by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with guest requests.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Maintain and update guest databases and CRM software.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Handle incoming guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Support sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
  • Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Familiarity with theme park or hospitality industries is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Visual Acuity
  • Tolerance of Temperature Fluctuations
