Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of financial models and analytics to support therapy service lines and operational goals.
- Oversee revenue cycle analysis, focusing on payer mix, reimbursement trends, and compliance requirements.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and sensitivity analysis processes to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with operational, business development, and clinical teams to gather and validate data inputs for financial models.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for therapy services.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and cost management strategies within the therapy healthcare sector.
- Mentor and guide team members in financial analytics best practices.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- Experience: 5 years in financial analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or therapy industry.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis).
- Familiarity with BI tools like DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Healthcare Knowledge: In-depth understanding of revenue cycle management, payer mix, and therapy-specific operational metrics.
