About the Role
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for leading revenue generation efforts, driving business growth, and optimizing sales performance. This role requires deep experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and strong relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). The CRO will oversee sales, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives to maximize revenue and market share, as well as build and train a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy to drive company growth.
- Lead, manage, build, and train the sales and business development teams.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with ISOs, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to refine sales tactics.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand Funders App’s market presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in MCA, alternative lending, or financial services is a must.
- 5 years of leadership experience in sales, revenue, or business development roles.
- Results-driven mindset with a history of scaling revenue and optimizing sales teams.
- Experience in building, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
