Responsibilities
- This role requires deep experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and strong relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs).
- Oversee sales, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives to maximize revenue and market share, as well as build and train a high-performing team
- Develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy to drive company growth.
- Lead, manage, build, and train the sales and business development teams
- Build and strengthen partnerships with ISOs, brokers, and other industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to refine sales tactics.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand business.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in MCA, alternative lending, or financial services is a must.
- 5 years of leadership experience in sales, revenue, or business development roles.
- Results-driven mindset with a history of scaling revenue and optimizing sales teams.
- Experience in building, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
