Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to the Operations division
- Recruit and onboard new employees in the Operations department
- Develop and implement training programs to improve Associate knowledge and skills
- Conduct investigations into employee relations matters
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
