What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) :
- Perform a variety of specialized tasks within one or more of the different HR programs at a field location or the corporate office.
- Programs include : HRIS, compensation, leave and benefits administration, talent recruitment and compliance.
- Provides guidance and troubleshooting for HR Business Partner team on processes around benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
- Possesses working knowledge of all HR tools, programs, and policies.
- Partner with HR leaders to understand informational needs and deliver data to support.
- Serves as a technical resource for the HR team, employees, and managers on the operation and maintenance of HR systems.
- Assists with projects such as data and workflow management to provide support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
