Part of the family-owned Furrow Automotive Group, INFINITI, Land Rover, and Porsche of Chattanooga are HIRING NOW and looking to add outgoing and friendly BDC Sales Representatives to our team! In this role, you’ll engage with potential customers, answer questions about vehicle prices, availability, and more. You’ll also schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team or service department for maintenance—no sales closing required!

Responsibilities—BDC Sales Representative:
ONSITE POSITION- Attend product and sales training to gain knowledge of our vehicles and services.
- Respond to internet and phone inquiries regarding vehicle availability and pricing.
- Schedule service appointments for customer vehicles.
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.
- Create excitement and enthusiasm about our products.
- Meet personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards.
- Follow up with leads to maximize appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications—BDC Sales Representative:
- Previous automotive BDC, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred, but not required.
- Experience in reception, call center, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Comfortability speaking on the phone and handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
- Energetic, personable, and motivated self-starter with a passion for customer satisfaction and success.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
