Position Summary:
The Auction Administrator plays a vital role in managing automotive sales through the Manheim Private Store, ACV, and physical auction locations. This position supports the Vehicle Remarketing Manager by overseeing vehicle information and online sales, ensuring an efficient and seamless auction process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and manage daily vehicle sales in Manheim Private Store and ACV.
· Track vehicle titles in IMS for sales listed at physical auctions.
· Consign vehicles to auctions through IMS, as needed.
· Monitor and track Hold Vehicles in Manheim Private Store.
· Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel.
· Audit all vehicles before sale to ensure accurate disclosures.
· Oversee and review sale blocks and post-sale vehicles for accuracy.
· Invoice grounded vehicles at auction.
· Enter and audit AIM Inspection invoices in the ALS system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal software systems related to vehicle sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with Fusion Management, auction partners, lessees, dealers, credit unions, and customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to cross-train in other administrative areas as needed.
- A positive and professional approach with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service preferred.

Location: Farmingdale, NY
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift (Some Saturdays may be required)
Salary: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (Eligible for incentive pay)
