Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and mentor multiple IT operations teams, including Helpdesk, Desktop, Application Support, Floor Technicians, VIP, IAM, and Security.
- Provide daily operational guidance to support our short- and long-term technology plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct IT-related activities across the property.
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine infrastructure and operational requirements.
- Work closely with executives and management to develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
- Analyze, benchmark, and report on IT infrastructure and systems to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Oversee IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, career development, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the availability and performance of IT operations.
- Collaborate effectively with network, systems, storage, database, and telephony staff to ensure reliable system integration.
- Understand and adhere to Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
- Engage with vendors, peers, and contractors to ensure secure and reliable systems implementations and upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS) or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other required certifications or licenses.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (MICS, PCI, SOX) is a plus.
- At least five (5) years of leadership experience managing multiple IT teams and projects in an enterprise environment.
- Minimum of ten (10) years in IT operations, preferably in gaming or hospitality.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
