Role Description:
Fusionary is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support professional to join our team. This part-time/full-time hybrid role, based in Grand Rapids, MI, with flexibility for remote work, will be responsible for supporting sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Aide in the creation of proposals and sales deck creation.
- Support sales operations by assisting with lead generation, cold calling, and client outreach.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to build and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales and sales operations.
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively.
- Experience with cold calling and client outreach.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
