Staff Accountant

Overview :

Future Technologies is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our winning team. FTI is a proven, employee-focused provider of mission-critical information systems and technical support services to government and private sector organizations worldwide. We support a wide range of professional, information technology (IT), and intelligence services, which includes acquisition, procurement, financial, international, and foreign military sales support services for the Department of Defense. Responsibilities :

Duties include, but are not limited to the following :

AP Functions :

• Manage the daily activities of the accounting department
• Process vouchers to include subcontractors, employee travel and office expenses
• Process checks and mailing
• Prepaid accounts reconciliation
• Prepare reconciliations for credit cards and travel advances
• Update schedules as needed : fixed assets and Prepaid
• Collect and provide information for audit inquiries and give assistance to auditors
