Job Title – Quality Assurance Manager
Location – Hudson, MA ( $5,000 Relocation)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary:
- The Corporate Quality Assurance Manager oversees all quality department activities company-wide, including inspection and audit processes.
- Their primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with the quality system and meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Additionally, they develop and report quality metrics for all stages of manufacturing, from purchased materials through customer receipt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality assurance at all four (4 ) US plants
- Manage and oversee the ISO Registration process.
- Develop Training and Procedures.
- Train and disseminate uniform quality standards across all four (4) US plant locations, ensuring consistency company-wide.
- This individual will be responsible for implementing training standards throughout the entire organization, promoting total quality management.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with the quality system.
Preferred Skills:
- ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer).
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
